The Administrative Assistant will provide support to our team across different locations as needed (with a home base in Lovell), handling various administrative tasks. Proficiency in office software, along with excellent communication and customer service skills, is essential. The Administrative Assistant will be crucial in maintaining smooth office operations.


The Maintenance and Safety Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations and ensuring the safety of all Oxbow Center locations. This role involves coordinating maintenance tasks, managing safety protocols, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.


The Oxbow Center Case Manager plays a crucial role in client advocacy; ensuring clients receive the necessary care and services to improve their quality of life.


The Oxbow Center Therapist will play a vital role in providing comprehensive mental health and substance use services to our clients. The critical tasks include assessing and diagnosing clients by gathering details about their mental health and substance use conditions, symptoms, stress factors, and personal background. Additionally, this position will establish positive and trusting rapport with patients, create individualized treatment plans, and provide counseling and treatment, adjust treatment plans as necessary to improve clients’ mental health and well-being.


The Mental Health Technician plays a pivotal role in the compassionate and effective care of individuals facing mental health challenges. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide direct support and assistance to patients, contributing to their overall well-being within a therapeutic environment. This dynamic role involves a range of essential functions, including assisting in treatment planning, providing education, support and consultation to families. Provides assistance with activities of daily living, develops employment opportunities, supports and advocates for the clients who are employed, provides case management and outreach services as appropriate.
