Oxbow Center is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to serving the critical needs of Wyoming’s residents. We have offices in Washakie, Park, and Big Horn Counties – though serve clients from across the state. Oxbow Center operates with dedication to our clients, believing we are stronger together. Our clients and their wellbeing remain at the forefront of what we do.
Oxbow Center is a product of Big Horn Basin Counseling Services, Yellowstone Behavioral Health Center, and Cloud Peak Counseling Center merging together to amplify services for Wyoming’s community. This partnership will expand on years of efforts to bring a comprehensive array of mental health and substance use services to the entire Big Horn Region of Wyoming and beyond. At Oxbow Center, we believe that receiving mental health care can and should be empowering, accessible to all, and a fundamental aspect of fostering holistic well-being for every individual.When mental health is prioritized, we have seen that not only do individuals thrive, but so do their communities as a whole.
